Terms of Service

Effective date: June 28, 2026

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using the minime iOS/Android app or website you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and ourPrivacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

minime is operated by Developerz AI (admin@venom.is).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use minime. By using the service you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at admin@venom.is if you suspect unauthorized access.

You may not share your account or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent.

4. Tiers and billing

Free, 100 messages per account, no payment required.
BYOK ($3/month), unlimited messages using your own API key. You are responsible for any costs your provider charges.
Managed ($10/month), unlimited messages; we provide the AI model (DeepSeek via OpenRouter).

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Apple App Store or Google Play. Refunds are subject to the platform store's refund policy. We do not offer refunds directly except where required by applicable law.

We may change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use minime to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation.
Generate, store, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app or its AI models.
Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures.
Use the service to build a competing product without our written permission.
Introduce malware or engage in activities that disrupt or harm the service or other users.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you create in minime (messages, notes, wiki pages, configuration). By using the service you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, process, and transmit that content solely to provide the service to you.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit. Do not submit content that violates third-party rights or applicable law.

We do not use your conversations to train AI models.

7. AI-generated content

minime relies on large language models to generate responses. AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. Do not rely on minime for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.

8. Third-party services and MCP tools

minime can connect to third-party services via MCP tools. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services or for any data you share with them through minime.

API keys you provide for BYOK or MCP connections are stored securely in our vault. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use those keys and that their use complies with the provider's terms.

9. Intellectual property

The minime name, logo, app, and all related software are owned by Developerz AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, trade names, or branding.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVELOPERZ AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF MINIME. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the app settings screen. We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice, except where immediate termination is necessary to protect the service or other users.

On termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Iceland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Reykjavík, Iceland, unless applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of minime after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
